If there's no feedback, and the seller is brand new, it's obviously a scam. Most third party sellers have lots of reviews and good ratings 98%+

I tried to buy Shadow of the Colossus from a third part seller and they never delivered. The weird part was they had like 4 years of 90% ratings and only tanked in March, I wonder if that was related.

You have to start somewhere. Be weary of that first purchase with a new vendor but I wouldn't automatically assume they are a scam. If a price is too good to be true though, be weary.

Like someone else posted, Amazon has been plagued by scammers that hijack older store accounts lately that sell games and other expensive items at really low prices, keep the money and bounce.

If it's the only price that's that low, and it's a brand new store, I'd absolutely recommend against it. If it were one or the other, it'd be a different story. But both together, nah.

This-- I've used several like this to get DVDs, books, etc. and never had a problem, but all of them have had reviews.

Amazon has pretty incredible consumer protections. It's probably worth it because you can pretty much guarantee you'll get your money back if you don't get it.
