Gotta keep at it dude. It gets easier, and after a few weeks of doing it regularly, you'll WANT to do it, and feel shitty when you don't.

Run at least 3 times a week, and slowly bump up your pace and distance.

Yeah.

I enjoy lifting weights and working out, still don't love cardio/running. I've been forcing myself to run at least twice a week since Jan, and I've made some improvements to where I started. Haven't broken through the plateau tho and found that "love" of running/larger gains. I'm sticking with it, but damn man it sucks right now.

I'm the same...I have fitness standards so obviously I'm not that out of shape haha. We kid. Just run 5 times a week for two weeks and there will be a drastic change

Good going, when you get to 5-6 mile runs, that's when the fun starts. There's no better feeling, my shirts I use are literally soaked in sweat. After that is when the weightlifting comes into play, so an hour cardio and then 1 hour devoted to weightlifting, 2 hours 4 to 5 times a week. It gets addicting

I ran 3 miles the other day. The most I ran at once was 5 miles but I stopped going further since it just takes too much time.

yeah i actually enjoy lifting weights, but running is for the birds
jump roping is pretty much my only source of cardio now
since it's getting warmer, i'll probably start hiking again soon
