Dont do this crap just pay 20$ and go get it plugged/ bead sealed.

Using that crap can damage tpms sensors if your car has them. Plus the next person who changes your tire will hate you and fart in your driver seat.

It's probably the valve stem, though there's a chance the tire bead became unseated. Both are a cheap fix at a tire shop. You can do the valve stem yourself if you get a core tool.

Don't do this. You'll regret it when it comes time to get new tires. It could also damage the TPMS sensor in that wheel assuming you have one.
