I don't have an opposite sex sibling, but from people I've talked to, the not finding them attractive thing is typical. However, it is noteworthy that they often end up with partners that resemble their sibling. Anecdotal, but without any real data that's all you get.

I have a half sister that I've only ever met a half-dozen times in my life. Browsing through her pictures on FaceBook I am perplexed as to why I don't find her attractive. I don't know if its that I am repulsed by her because a lifetime of media has told me I should be, or if that she genuinely isn't that good looking.
