What? Some homes in the project have a front door with the mailbox on the bottom portion of it. When you open the lid to the mailbox, you'll see a towel or blanket is covering the hole. I'm pretty sure it isn't because the people here dont want their mail, but I'm thinking it has something to do with the air draft on windy days but I just want to know whether or not I'm right on this. ...
