Pros:
- Cool make up and costumes
- Cool to see new characters

Cons:
- Batman, Joker and Harley's actors/actresses sucked horribly, nothing like the animated series or Dark Knight
- Ending sucked
- The Goddess/witch/whatever she was didn't really fit in, why couldn't they have just had them fight Batman?

Honestly, take away the tats and caps and he'd be a legit great Joker as far as looks go. I don't know that he could ever actually play Joker well, though I'd be willing to give him a chance should they reboot the universe and keep him.

IIRC they added more in the extended edition. Doesn't mean what little was there wasn't fucking awful though.

They have this cool concept where a shady Government official forces a bunch of villains to do some shady black-ops stuff.

What did they come up with? Basically a B-Grade version of the Avengers finale with faceless mooks who get forgotten for the climax of the movie.

Oh wait they also crammed in the Mad Love origin story in there too. And they also do completely nothing interesting with it.

Literally a major part of Joker and Quinn's lore and there's nothing memorable about it outside of some visuals in the chemical vat scene. This would have to be the first movie with Joker that absolutely no one quotes outside of a head tattoo. Crazy.

I didn't feel like it sucked, myself. But it certainly wasn't good. They got a lot of good performances(Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and Viola Davis particularly) and good effects, but the plot was such a total mess even that couldn't keep the movie from being boring. Also, the Joker was just kind of there despite having little-to-nothing to do with anything(you could say the same for Captain Boomerang). All the flashbacks exist solely to give Jared Leto more screen-time, but they just bog the movie down at all the wrong times.

Really, this movie's early production must have been a power struggle between different visions for it, and not one of them won it. Instead, it ended up a shambling chimaera that is vaguely funny but kind of boring.
