11 y/o Tysen Benz from Michigan committed suicide after he learned that his 13 y/o had killed herself...but now it's been revealed by his mother, Katrina Goss that his g/f was in on a CRUEL PRANK and FAKED her own death!!

Katrina says it was a "manipulative prank" hatched by her and said "She did a prank that made it look like she killed herself and used other frends and their social media accounts to make it look like she killed herself. So, he believed her and said i'm going to kill myself. I'm quite angry. I feel like, yeah they're young and all that but i feel like when you're 13, you're completely knowledgable of your choices and you know right from wrong. You can make your own cohices. I do feel like she took advantage of a younger boy to control and manipulate him. I don't feel like it should be taken lightly. She should be held accountable for this horrific prank"

Katrina walked into her son's room and saw him HANGING himself on March 14th..he was on life support for several weeks before passing away in hospital..

His girlfriend is not being identified because she is a minor

Katrina says her son was an athlete, comedian, friend, brother and all around amazing child but knew things went wrong as soon as he bought a CELLPHONE from a friend behind her back and secretly dated an "older girl" against her wishes

She never met this girl but other students called his g/f and saw her several times when she dropped off Tysen to school at Bothwell Middle School..

She doesn't know why this girl concocted this prank and now she wants charges against what that girl did to her son

The police are still investigating this and it's possible she could be charged as an ADULT if is serious..

The difference is adult sentences seek to punish people whereas juvenile court seeks to re-habilitate offenders so they can return to society

Katrina is now speaking out to urge them to communicate with their child and the dangers of the internet bullying and texting as she wants her son to be remembered for all the joy he brought to pepole..

Probably, but what would you even charge her with? I doubt she even intended this and she's clearly a minor. It's a horrible stunt, but I'm not sure there are any potential legal repercussions.

No. While you should think of the consequences of your actions before doing them she didn't make the lad kill himself. When I read these stories I often think it's the parents/family looking for someone to blame. I mean if this lad was that fragile chances are something would have triggered him no matter what.
