actually, it reminds me of the problem I always have with them. how do you store them in the fridge? there's SO much moisture in there that if you keep it enclosed in the bag, it all soaks into the bun and you end up with a pretty mushy sandwich the next day. I tried leaving the bag open once, but then the bun just goes stale; mushy is preferable.

...how? "That's TOO much lettuce." (this is fair; they do overdo the lettuce) "This is actually for my mother-in-law. Can you take everything off and only toast the bread?" "How much is it for extra meat?" after they are nearly done. "The **** do you mean you don't have provolone?!" also after they are nearly done. This is just with what I've seen; I imagine someone who has actually worked there has seen worse. And then there's the fact that with a drive-thru you can't see the quantity. ... Copied to Clipboard!

if I have the time I will always choose Jersey Mike's over Subway, if I'm stuck on time though I go to Subway. I can usually be in and out of my subway by work in 5-10 minutes.

Lots of stuff gets moist in a fridge, it doesn't mean Subway's veggies don't suck no, the fact that they don't suck means they don't suck 8) but really, it obviously depends on the particular store and the particular management. some of them are so penny pinching, they use the same bucket of lettuce for two days. others strictly toss out anything that's more than X hours old, etc. --- The truth basks in scrutiny. http://i.imgur.com/GMouTGs.jpg http://projecteuler.net/profile/Sahuagin.png ... The Subway near me has a drive-thru, but more often than not they will fuck it up unless you go inside.
I think it's just too much for them to handle at once. Not knocking them, I have such ADHD that I'd probably mess it up too. Especially if they have a thick accent. ... Copied to Clipboard!
