At first it was just cash drawer miscounts and misfiled paperwork, which she either shrugged off or angrily blamed on other people. Now she's starting to hoard office supplies and take them home because "people keep messing with them". Any attempts at constructive criticism, or any approach at all, results in her getting extremely defensive and argumentative

At first we could manage by just giving her a wide berth and putting up with her "quirks", but it's getting worse. I know management has noticed because we've been mentioning her behavior for months.

i find it funny how older generations always call us young people self-centered and entitled yet they seem to always be the ones clamoring about demanding respect and shit

I've never seen someone get so angry about being called out for stealing a $100+ custom date stamp that everyone has to share. It's bizarre. She even wrote her name on it in permanent marker and said we should just use the old one.
