2) Decline bench (4 x 8-10)
3) Chest press machine + flat bench dumbbell flys (superset 3 x 10)
4) Guillotine press (3 x 10)
5) incline DB flys + incline DB press (superset 3 x 8)
6) Shoulder press machine + bentover rear delt flys (superset 3 x 8)
7) Upright rows using EZ Curl bar + front DB raises (3 x 10)

Approx time of workout: 1.5 hours
