Honestly they rarely have white males in general.
But when they do, they want to make sure you understand they're talking about accepting and tolerant young males from the city and not old white men from rural backgrounds, so they give them hipster chic to really cement that idea. Because, to some people, "diversity" means going against the status quo and non-disabled, non-LGBT white non-hipsters are the status quo.
That said, not everything which deals with diversity is like that. There are plenty of pro-diversity ads which have regular white dudes. A lot of the time now, they even give us cute Asian girlfriends. =) ... Copied to Clipboard!
