It was a super fucked-up week on CE afterwards, people who would say that they never liked P2E but never quite crossed the line into "I'm glad he's dead", and people who took "don't speak ill of the dead" to new heights and claimed that any negative opinion of him in the face of his death was shitposting and trolling that deserved to be moderated. I never sugar-coated my opinion of him, and I never got attacked - because yeah, I wasn't a fan, but I felt genuinely shitty that a dude I saw around pretty frequently just fuckin' died and I said what I said out of respect and mourning. He was who he was, and it still made me pretty upset that he was gone - death is fucked up, but hearing that he killed himself is fucking crazy and I wish he hadn't done it.
