It was an NKL, but it's the principle that pisses me off. I disputed it and it was actually upheld.

In any case, this reaffirms my status as the greatest ****ing April Fooler ever. Just based on one line, nobody bothered to try the code for over five hours, and two moderators saw fit to punish me.

I'm not surprised. The mods are chosen for their sense of humour (lack thereof). Thank fuck that Skynet turned into a slutty, homicidal, racist girl when they ran that A.I. experiment (that was ended early). There may be something going into asses, but it won't be sticks!

I already have that game

The fact is that beyond the first person that used the code, there is no difference between anyone who comes across that topic between what he was doing and a regular trolling attempt. He says it isn't a legit code, and to them it isn't because it had been used.

Now if he had also put in the topic in spoiler tags or something that it was a real code, then that might be a different story, but TC didn't do that. He was modded fairly. "I was only pretending to troll" has never been a valid argument or excuse.

It was a giveaway intended to look like a simple" fake code" April Fool's joke, where the real trick was that it was a real code. And somehow when I said the code was fake, everyone believed me so much that for five hours nobody even tried to use it, even when I said it was real and provided a link to redeem it.

This isn't like pretending to rob a bank, and getting upset when you get arrested because "it was just a prank." It's more like telling someone they stepped in poop, then when they look at their shoe they find a five dollar bill you taped there.
