I think you have a skewed idea as to what implants actually look like.

I mean, have you really never seen the good implants that have bounce?

You know what "looks fake" to me? Everything. Using enough makeup to achieve that 'no makeup' look is its own form of Supernormal Stimulus. Anything we can do to change our looks, from the way we style our hair, to the clothes we put on, to the implants we put in our bodies are intended to convey a certain constructed image. To criticize someone for one aspect of that construct, simply for being a construction is extremely naive.

Oh, don't a lot of Japanese models enhance with growth hormones or something? So I guess you could still say they are fake, but I thought they weren't implants like we see commonly in the west

Just read about there being some UFC fighter who got pulled from a fight in NY because their boxing commission deemed breast implants unsafe. My question is why would you have implants in the first place if you're an athlete

Why not? A lot of female athletes have the bodies of pre-teenage girls so why shouldn't they want their breasts augmented.

What I don't get is all the female WWE wrestlers that have augmented breasts. You would have assumed that it would be dangerous to have them and worrying about the implants bursting.

There are different types of implants, with different materials. They all have their pros and cons, and some are much less likely to break under strain than others.
