Ok, how do you get a filler to work. I've done landmarks and everything and I'm powering it and the lights on it are green and there are materials and the pattern is placed. What am I doing wrong?

So I played minecraft all day.


I figured out how to get a server to work for people who didn't buy a copy <__<

But long story short we (ermine, dara, one of ermine's friends and I) played all day..

Daranix was all an amazing person and purchased me a legit copy of minecraft so I can figure out how to connect to the B8 server once I feel like I'm not a complete newb.

We literally played all day though so I got a lot of experience in.


I have decided that I pretty much hate the "open" cave systems. So many places to die and whatnot. I feel much safer in my 3-wide 3-tall well lit cave where I do nothing but bore straight into the rock...


And I STILL hate the damn darkness noises. They get me every time.

Since the server is running Tekkit, which adds 10x more stuff to the game, you're probably gonna feel like a newb again when you join, no matter what.

FD, I make strip mines

x is a tunnel one block wide, _ is an unmined square. Three blocks high.

You can do it on multiple levels and mine out the whole map very efficiently, getting all the resources along the way.

Just posting to say that I'm totally still interested in Minecraft, but I finally got a job and they have me working 9.5 hours for eleven days straight so I haven't really had the time to get on. It should sort of slow down in about a week though.
