Hmm. I already own three of the four games, and lol SFxT. I'm not interested in alternate costumes, figures, belts, VGM CDs, or cheesy cartoons.

So, uh, what are the odds of people buying this and then selling the art book on Amazon for a reasonable price?

sounds like I was wrong, it's NA only, but probably not Capcom store exclusive, Seth mentions here that retailers outside the US didn't pick it up, which would imply that retailers in the US did
