Why not just rank em all? Well this way, it's nearly cut in half, so there's a much better chance that I'll actually finish (still pretty damn unlikely, but at least you can get mad that one of your favorites is in the bottom 50 or so). Also, let's be honest most of the time if people try to rank them all, most families end up clumped together anyway (Who honestly likes Poliwhirl significantly more or less than Poliwag?).
376. Regigigas
Pro tip, Nintendo, most people really don't care if every legendary trio you crap out has a leader. Especially nobody cared about the Regis having a trio. Even moreso, did you just intentionally make a legendary as crappy as possible? You give it a boring design, the worst "ability" possible, and make it a boring normal type. Regigigas could have been ok if the legendary pokemon that weren't on the box art ever got any story development. Honestly I would have thought some sort of quest chain in which you unleashed it's true power, which removed Slow Start and gave it an ability worth a damn, could be really cool. But no, we get a Pokemon that literally nobody would have a reason to use. I kind of wonder if it would be competitively viable with no ability, or some sort of mildly positive ability. Has anybody ever figured this out? I guess it may be ok if you tried to switch it into being Mummy'd, but that just seems like a lot more effort and luck than it's worth to just use something practical.
Poliwhirl is a terrible example, he is actually really damn popular compared to his pre-evolution or any of his evolutions, and he was a series mascot near the beginning.
And does anybody like Wigglytuff more than Jigglypuff, or Prinplup over Piplup? There are times where pre-evolutions are more popular than their evolutions. I guess what I'm saying is, maybe just rank the evolutionary line as a whole, instead of just the final form.
As for Regigigas, yeah he sucks. And that's coming from someone who really liked the original Regi trio.

I'm pretty sure if you manage to change Regigigas' ability mid-battle before its stats kick in again, they won't go back to normal at all. I've never tried it though, so just going off of what I've heard.
I just don't see how, their designs are, like 90% the same. Regardless, fine change it to "I tend to lump families together, so there's no point in me ranking stuff like Poliwag and Poliwhirl right next to each other." And no I do not want you to run some sort of analysis on your topic to prove that I actually don't rate Pokemon families similarly. I'm content thinking that I think this way.
375.Phione
Speaking of absolutely pointless Pokemon, Phione is the worst. It's like the Britta of Pokemon, except Britta's parents are ok and her spiritual predecessors aren't crap either. Design wise, I just don't understand why Phione was made. In the same generation, we had a trio of Mew rehashes, the true Promo Mew rehash and they decided to throw in a fifth? Not to mention that it really doesn't make any damn sense. Manaphy can only sex up a Ditto? That's just stupid (breeding logic is always kind of dumb I guess, since Tyrogue are only made via Ditto-love, but whatever). It's another NU legendary, another pure water pokemon, there's just no reason for it to exist. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that someone at Gamefreak told two different designers to make Manaphy and liked one design better but didn't want to hurt the Phione designer's feelings.

I thought of doing this, but there would be more problems with that. The Eeveelutions are some Pokemon that I have radically different opinions about, as well as the Hitmons and a few others. Hell, let's just say a ton of middle evolutions would be dumped in the bottom 100 if I ranked em all, and call it a day.

Yes, for example, Porygon, Porygon 2, Porygon Z, Magmar, Magmortar, Rhydon, Rhyperior, Murkrow and Honchkrow are on this list.
Chansey too! I'm not going to list everything that's gotten an evolution over the years. It's possibly that I missed a couple, but I'm pretty certain I at the very least got all the Gen. 1 now NFEs.
Come on Gamefreak, what were you thinking? I firmly believe that regardless of your mission statement, if you're going to market a product to kids, you need some rabid 4chan/reddit/whatever user on staff just to make sure your designers don't inadvertently (or intentionally) throw a "disco sticks" and fetuses in your product. It's not like they were at a loss for psychic types (there were 4 pure psychic lines, 2 flying/psychic lines, 2 psychic legendaries and Darmanitan if you want to count it, in Gen 5 alone), so it's not like anyone would have missed it. Munna is even ok, even if it is just based on a throwaway line from R/B
Yeah, we see what you did there. Just enough suggestiveness with arm placement for me think you were giving furries fanservice but no "It's just an innocent bunny with fluffy wrists." It's a bad pokemon and Gamefreak should feel bad for making it. I have not been so insulted by a video game creation since I saw the first cutscene with Rouge the Bat. If this thing were on box art, we would have never heard the end of it from the "Pokemon is the devil" people. Say what you want about Gardevoir, but at least she it has some class. Lopunny is just a slut that wants to **** like a rabbit and only weird yiffers are interested. Also fun fact, I had safe search off when I tried to find a pic for Lopunny. Now I don't ever want to eat carrots again.
I really can't imagine a list where either of these get out of the bottom 20. Neither really has any redeeming qualities and the game is already cluttered with pure water types, so they were entirely unnecessary entries into the series. It's popular to hate the baby pokemon, but at least some of them are cute and can sell toys, I've yet to see a big plushy of Luvdisc that all the 12 under crowd at anime cons are begging their parents for, and I doubt I ever will. Even if they made them, who would order them? I've pretty much got a personal vendetta against the pokemon who rank lower than this, but these two are likely the objective worst fully-evolved pokemon. I don't even honestly know which one to rank lower. I guess Alomola, simply because it was obviously supposed to evolve from Luvdisc, but then B/W decided to not have any links to previous gens. Hell, I don't get the reason for Alomola at all. B/W has more pokemon than any generation before it, and it didn't have an excess of water types, but it wouldn't have been lacking without it. Oh well, you have to have the occasional univerally crap pokemon to appreciate the good ones I suppose.
I really don't hate water types. In fact, I like them quite a bit. However, there's just so many of them that there is bound to be a ton of sucky ones. Simipour is my least favorite of the Monkey trio, though I wouldn't say I particularly like any of them. They're all pretty ugly, all in the NU tier, and although you get one of them for free, the other two are low catch rate pokemon. If you're not all about catching them all, why would you even bother finding them? I understand their gimmick was to teach newbies about type advantages, which isn't a bad idea, but it's not like they routinely give us crap pokemon as starters, so why are we stuck with these crap pseudo-starters? Elemental monkeys could even be cool if you didn't give them such ugly "hair" and gave them somewhat decent stats. What's worse is that apparently either a lot of people DO like these ugly ass things, or Nintendo thought they would because every anime convention I go to has plushies of all three monkeys in a few booths. Overall, it's just a little uglier than it's fire and grass counterparts, but they're all pretty bad.

I have more of a liking for design than "usefulness". I honestly don't know which design I hate more, so they get lumped together.
Stupid gimmick, worthless in battle, unnecessary normal type. I had every non-event pokemon in several games and I even did stuff like having all of Wormadon's cloaks and all the Unowns but I don't even think it's possible to catch every Spinda, so I hate it pretty irrationally on that note alone.
Another stupid, worthless gimmick pokemon. Not as bad as Spinda due to there not being as many forms, but it still sucks. I don't need a pokemon that accomplishes the same thing as my pasta or cereal.
