£70 each for Mass Effect 3 CE (even on PC, which should be at least £10 cheaper) and Assassin's Creed: Revelations Animus Edition. Both from places I have reason to hate as well (GAME and Gamestop).
Much as I want the N7 patch and AC Encyclopaedia, having no competition to drive prices down from "You must be taking the piss" is gonna make them very hard to justify.

Are "Collector's Editions" really collectible? I mean I could see if the item was never opened and kept in Mint condition... maybe. But is a N7 Patch going to be worth hundreds of dollars 30 years from now... really?
Not in Britain. Although I guess I could import if it's reasonably cheaper in America.

Of course not. But I'm still going to be a massive Bioware fan (or, more likely, dead, but let's stay positive) and will still want to have it. I may not agree with the term 'Collector', but I still want the stuff in it.
