What's the best course of action to make it go away hella fast? Because it,s kinda impossible to work in this condition and I'm already broke, if I can,t work I can,t pay my rents and I'm homeless, halp.

I already have a brace but it doesn't see to help much, if anything it hurts more when I put it on, maybe because I wear it wrong or something..

Unless the tendonitis is in your feet, I can't imagine this would help much.

Mm... Google really would probably be your best bet here. I know there are a few stretches that can help with it, but as I've never had to learn them, I wouldn't know them onhand.
