300 dollars

Unless there's something wrong with it, like overheating or faulty PSU problems, then it looks good to me... as long as you upgrade to Win 7 of course

Yeah, I can do that, although I think it's worth noting that Vista SP2 is fine in the event that I can't make that happen.
