What are you guys watching? This entire first hour of Impact has been great. Granted I missed the match with Steiner and Devon, but caught the aftermath which was the important thing. The gauntlet did exactly what it needed to do. Can't wait to see Aries beat Kendrick.

I loved everything except the end of the main event. The crowd was rediculously hot for Beer Money. When they posed in the ring that was crazy. TNA has so many things that they can do right, they just need to not get stupid. Tonight was good, again save for the main event

Sometimes I do predict that TNA will do dumb things, but that's mostly a tongue-in-cheek parody of the TNA haters!

Although I will admit they do make really dumb booking decisions fairly often. The difference between me and you guys is that I don't think a few dumb booking decisions COMPLETELY RUIN a product. Also, WWE makes a lot of them too, but you guys constantly apologize for them, so yeah.

My main problem with TNA these days is their over reliance on the roll-up/foot on the ropes/grab the tights finish. It's like they realized people were complaining about an excess of finishes that weren't clean, so rather than making matches actually have a legit winner they started to abuse quick pins instead. Give me a dq over a roll up honestly.

Random draws are done pretty often. It's very rare for ordering of any match where entrants come in in sequence to be decided in some way. This isn't really a TNA thing.

That being said I don't really think it was a good idea for a match either but this isn't really a TNA problem per se.

No, I don't have a problem with random draws.

I'm saying it's dumb to have a random draw for a gauntlet match to decide a ranking.

The guy that goes in last, no matter how crappy, literally can't finish worse than #2.

It makes no sense to do it that way.

In an ideal world, by the time the #1 contender has his match the others have had matches with one another to get a more accurate ranking. It's not a botch in and of itself, but TNA rankings have a long track record of not mattering so it's irrelevant anyway.

Yeah, well I was trying to watch TNA with kayfabe in mind to try and force myself to like it better and that was completely stupid. You don't have a gauntlet match to decide a ranking. But then if you do, you don't have a RANDOM gauntlet match to decide said ranking.

Well as I said TNA kayfabe follows "the ideal world" rules so the initial rankings aren't going to matter much, really, cause they're going to be constantly moving. (not the reality, that they're going to be irrelevant.)

The best way for the BFG series to resolve is for Joe to injure everyone and get top 4 by default with -10 due to everyone being injured.

OR you can really elevate someone.

Have him injure enough people where he believes he gets #4 by default, but the injured wrestler previously in that spot limps forward to wrestle at No Surrender.

Immediately gets that guy much more over and makes Joe lose it completely which you can do plenty with going forward.

I think this is tailor-made for Robert Roode to finally get elevated further. He should already be the winner of all this now that Morgan is out, but playing this angle should give him a boost of insane proportions.

Just watched Ryder vs Drew on Superstars. They main evented Superstars. The raw recap with Del Rio vs Rey came BEFORE their match. Ryder and Drew are more important than the WWE title. Amazing.

Uh, that's not quite how it works...

raw recaps have ended both nxt and superstars for the past two weeks. I'm just happy they are stopping doing that >.>

The Big O isn't even a wrestler yet and he has better mic skills than much of the roster. And you can see how pumped up he is to do everything he does. His passion is what makes him so great. You know he's going to give it his all to get in the WWE too and do the best he can in the ring too. The Big O is the kind of guy you can tell will be great in WWE.
