101 Dalmatians/The Sword in the Stone/Mary Poppins/The Jungle Book/Bedknobs and Broomsticks/The Aristocats/Robin Hood. All their major movies were set there or in British controlled territories. I'm sure there's probably some that I'm missing as well.

Edit: Aristocats takes place in France apparently, but I'm pretty sure all of the characters seemed British.

Animals are supposed to have funny accents, and funny American accents aren't appropriate for children's movies. Imagine if 101 Dalmatians had taken place in Jersey.

Yeah, most of those are based on British novels.

Admittedly, if they were being made nowadays they'd relocate everything to LA or New York, but the reason they're set in Britain is because they're adapted from works set in Britain.
