I was playing on 360 controller today. it's just too much of a bother to set it up for a quick 10 minute gaming session. I was mostly just title grabbing anyway and that doesn't take much skill.
beating kleenex's times THATS a big accomplishment!
I actually saw you sign in earlier and I was like "damn it". I got a lot of of top 100 times now, and since you and MSG haven't gotten too far, I've been tops of my friends list! it's gonna be roooooined

omg did u red text from last night dats so me LMAO : ) im not a slut i jus liek 2 haev fun LOL : )
with one of my controllers (my newer one), occasionally my hero just keeps going left, and thats all I can do. It's really weird. The only way to fix it is to restart the game.
luckily this doesn't seem to happen with my older controller, but it sucks because its d-pad isn't quite as responsive as my newer one.

Finished Hero 30. Still missing a couple titles from the new quests, but apparently there's one or two no one's been able to figure out how to get yet.
I did Evil Lord and Princess last night. They're done in the format a single Hero 30 Quest, and not even a big one like Hero 300, or even the final mission. What's worse is that there's no real way to control the speed of the characters, Evil Lord moves slow as anything and holding B doesn't speed up the rate at which he summons monsters. Princess is essentially the same situation, and I assume Knight is as well.
It's not like I miss having the full versions or anything, but it comes off as extremely cheap, and they're not much fun specifically because they lack the speed.
Yeah, my guy will get stuck running left occasionally, too, and it's definitely the control stick. I wish there was a way to disable it altogether, because it tends to happen a lot.
20 is the big one in the field with the canons, yeah?
Sprint northeast to the first canon, sprint through it, then enter the town to the right of it. Buy the horse, heal. On the horse head back east knocking out as many cannons as you can (there's 5 IIRC) and then take the tunnel to the north, sprinting the entire way. Hit two more canons on the north side, which should bring you to level 24 or so, go into the town, buy the lance, heal, buy a leaf (I think there's one there), then rush the boss.
That one took me a while to get the run down properly. It also helps if you equip stuff that boosts your attack and prevents you from getting knocked back beforehand to help with the boss.
