Tried to watch the Iron Man series, and found it pretty boring, but I was never the biggest fan of Iron Man to begin with. (Liked the movies, and have read the comics for a while, but he was never a favorite hero of mine).

So, decided to try the X-Men series they made instead. So far...I'm really not sure what to think. I didn't think it was possible to make comic book super-women have any bigger breasts, but they sure made sure to upgrade Storm's cup size. That and they make sure to at least pan over them every time she's in a scene.

Speaking of which, I swear every single scene has the camera panning, even when it's completely unnecessary. And now that I've noticed this I can't stop being annoyed by it.

The only good thing so far is that explosions and in general, when they use their powers it looks really cool. Otherwise it seems like Marvel tried too hard in making it 'anime like.'

Were these series even popular in Japan?
