Bianca is the best in general when it comes to Pokemon

Bianca is the most powerless, spineless, scared, clingy, worthless piece of trash in all of the Pokemon games.

I don't know about her anime self, but in the game, she is the most pathetic "rival" ever. I cringed every time she was on screen.
