America had a literal Kenyan as president for almost a decade.

Musk is at least an American in spirit and tint.

I volunteer to be the dictator of the united states.

Things would change finally.

Flat 50% tax for all income over 80k a year.

Min wage for everyone that allows you to live comfortably.

Rent control across the board. Tax penalties for owning more than 1 property.

More schools and hospitals. Free healthcare for everyone. Every classroom has a Teachers assistant.

Colleges can only charge enough to pay teachers and staff, no for profit schools.

Current student loans are reduced back to their initial values and interest rates are reduces to .5% a year. Any previous payments are applied to that total. Credits (amounts paid over that owed) can be applied to future taxes.

The government stays out of what you do with your body, no more war on drugs, no more laws against abortion etc. What you do to yourself is up to you, doctors are given the choice though and not forced to perform any procedures if they do not want to.

Social security will be abolished, as will disability etc. IF you can work, even answering phones, you will be given a job. After you have worked (over 20 hours a week) for 40 years or more, you are eligable to work at a reduced amount of hours a week. After 50 years of work, you may retire and gain a fixed income to suppliment any savings you may have. Disabled people who can not work at all, have severe mental issues etc, are also given a fixed income.

All new parents get 6 months maternity leave "paid at their normal salary" to split between them. A single mom can take all 6 months, a married couple can split them, or have one parent take them all.

High speed public transportation that is easy to use and can accomidate most of the population will be a priority across the country. Reliance on cars will drop drastically and future cars will focus on electric or other clean sources of power.

I'd start with that, but obviously I would work with experts to try and come up with the best changes to make life as good as possible for a majority of people in this country. I would probably also close our borders to most immegration for the immediate future until we have consolidated our gains and come up with a system that works for everyone already here.

You must be referring to good old "Ted" Cruz, who was born in Canada and isn't eligible to be President but is trying to find a way around the Constitution, the same effort Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria, tried decades earlier. If people like Cruz were actually into following the 'original' intent of the Constitution as written by Madison and company, they'd know why the President has to be American born and not be trying to find ways to circumvent the requirement.
