I ignored Vlado because the open fascism was getting a bit much, but I think he rarely posts much these days (frankly its amazing that he has never been banned for the flagrant racism, sexism, and homophobia or the amount of praise he heaps on hate groups). Otherwise I reserve it for spam and harassment. I would never ignore duckbear though, sometimes those topics are incredible.

Even if someone is awful I like to know whats going on. It also helps moderation.

Mate, Vlado was posting topics openly endorsing fascists (actual fascists who call themselves fascists as well as I cant believe its not fascism) and spreading racist views (neither of which he ever denied when called on, it was hilariously blatant) until they finally got modded about two years ago or so. He was a couple of months ago (if that) in a topic telling people with adopted children that adoption was wrong and that they are not worth the same to them as biological children. He has gotten worse in those seven years (huh I wonder what happened seven years ago), not better.

You can either talk to them privately about this thing you're seeing, or you can put them on the spot in front of the other employees. If your goal is to come to an agreement with them on how best to handle the problem, you should talk to them individually. If your goal is to epically pwn them in front of your friends, you talk to them in public

Now granted I don't think a message board post asking "what is your problem with me" is a "bullying tactic" but I understand why someone would say that. You're choosing the public option over the private one. We're all equals here and I don't think you're trying to embarrass anyone in front of everyone, but other people might look at that and go "hmmm, this should be in PM's since it's personal"
