Also, do you know what the interest you'll pay is? I assume if you buy on margin while you wait for funds to settle they're charging you for that period.

Would a cash account do the same thing? I know you can daytrade with under 25k funds with an account with no margin. Except you can't short stock either.

My understanding is that the only time Id be charged interest is when I borrow more money than I have in my account at that time, settled or unsettled. Meaning there wouldnt be any interest for investing unsettled funds. Regardless, I dont know how much interest would be charged.

I got in late on YGYI too, which is frustrating because I was right there at 3:45 constantly hesitating while I watched it streak upward lol.

My good day with AKER and the minimal gains I have atm from YGYI are offsetting the stock I had in LK oops

My pattern day trading buffer should be gone tomorrow (I made two day trades on Apr 1 and am trying to work that down) so that'll be nice. Might be able to sell these at peaks early in the day and buy back later. I'm hoping the buzz makes them open really strong like AKER did today.

Its possible YGYI hits red tomorrow. Itll be a first in my eyes (that is, a stock going from 275% to red the next day), but seeing as how its currently down 10% is probably an indication of whats to come. Regardless, its one I plan on selling at open if its green.

I watched for YGYI to settle and it seemed like around 2.40 was the mark it wasnt going to stay below(It did drop to about 2.30 for alittle bit but people seem unwilling to let it fall 2.40 or under.

I put in for a relatively small amount and I'll take my profit when it inevitably spikes a bit in the morning.

Pretty huge slump. Yesterday afternoon was likely a positive overreaction to the hand sanitizer news, thats the only thing I can think of. Im hoping theres a spike once it opens but I doubt itll be enough to make it green. At this point, we might just have to hope for a -10%. Yikes.

I sold 80% of what I had in YGYI at 2.20 so not the worst loss ever. Moved it to something more stable I'd been eyeing. Realized I should use smaller sums for my shots on day trading

Day trading is such a crapshoot. Definitely seeing that everyday.

I always wondered though, if someone puts in a large sum ($100k) into a small stock ($1-$2 stock), does that singlehandedly raise the value of the stock by a lot?

AKER had another press release with a "second milestone" this morning

Yup. Most stocks would have been good for this AM it seems. Hopefully the day remains green and everyone can enjoy some gain$.
