He has on multiple occasions been nasty towards the community. He has on multiple occasions harassed and bullied other people, he has on multiple occasions taken pride in doing all of this. No one is required to forgive him. No one is required to believe a word he says. "He's had a hard life" Yeah, I've heard the story. Sucks that it happened. Still no reason to believe any claim of "penance" on his part. At a certain point, one must take responsibility for their actions. Him being banned from the B8 Discord is one of the consequences for said actions. If he doesn't like that, good. That means it's working. He had multiple times to chance course, but choose not to do so. Let his exile from Discord be a hard learned lesson.
