There isnt really anyone that could answer this because theyd need to have experienced both.

Wed have to do some brain scans or something.

Id actually be kind of surprised if this kind of research hadnt been done already.

Brain scans show similar activity with women's heightened activity typically lasting slightly longer.

Intensity I think depends on a variety of factors.
