I mean I'm pretty sure I elaborated since then, but maybe I didn't. Lopen has just been suspiciously good. He's made Chris look like a tier five, tier four tops. Of course that alone isn't the best reason, but the whole point of being good scum is you can't really make a good case. It's just a matter of this game being so confusing on every branch that it makes you think you're missing something.

Of course, you seem pretty sure if yourself :)

No I agree, he's been very.... agreeable. In a normal game I'd have probably brushed off Lopen as town, in fact I did a few times this game, but we're running low on scum here. He's also the one person in the game I have the least experience with reading.

And uhhh, I'm not sure how awesome I've been this game to be honest. Like I missed every end day but the one that mattered. I'm sorry you guys think I'm playing a game that's too good but I'm mostly just trying to keep you guys from killing each other on dumb arguments. I've been bad at actual scum hunting.

Well my scum list had IGCD but I didn't spearhead his lynch or anything. Just contributed a vote when Scare said "gotcha." Had Sultan as neutral for the same reason Lea did of "I can't read him" though I did go after him that day after SBell murdered him.

Like I do really feel like Hb has had a compelling argument since I've been here but I haven't had the drive to actually go hard on his lynch, which is kinda lame on my part. But like I said I'm trying to take it kinda easy this game so as to not put negative energy into mafia or whatever-- and I can't be bothered to play on the weekends in any sort of useful capacity either.

Like him and Lea were both on my three person town list. I guess I have cleared Lea to some extent but I do feel I did red dirty in not trying as hard with Lea (though I agree red kinda buried himself there with his fearmongering-- I could have argued a bit harder before he was driven to that point)

Good question, I regret not doing that now obviously. In the moment it just felt like everyone was against me and that I was on track to get lynched. I tried to hint and even told Sbell that I can prove I'm town if he just lets me live, and he said it's too late for that. So I really felt like dunking my role on everyone after that so I could salvage the day and focus on anything other than defending myself. I was thinking of fake claims I could try instead, but then when I realized you wanted me to claim I thought I needed to be honest. Also knew you would get a kick out of what I did and I'm bad at holding onto secrets THAT exciting.

So there was a multitude of factors at play.

What gets me is why everyone is so sure Ben's role doesn't exist yet it was enough to get people to stop voting Ben when it was claimed?

Like if you think it's a lie why aren't you voting it back then?

I guess it's just kinda frustrating. I was calling it nonsense days ago and now when I believe it in light of Chris's flavor making it clear this game does not have a real doctor, everyone is flipping. I kinda wanna do a reread of the area around that claim and see if anyone who immediately backed off is now calling it an obvious lie. Cause it's just dumb to me how night and day the game's reaction is to the point of raising alarms for me, even if that vote on me was scummy as hell.

Doctor Princess being an actual claim from Chris changes things to me

if chris is scum then they were loaded on information
-They have a doctor on the safe list
-They have to have an idea of the game mechanics

its a super safe claim to make in this specific scenario in shorthanded game

I defended the fact the fact that you have sense and probably made the claim calculatedly and it was less likely for you to do it as scum. But Chris being scum raises your equity.
