which? and i've met some guys before who said they don't really listen to any female artists at all, maybe cause of like a sexism thing.

obvs male, the female aspect in bands is usually vocals, and usually commercial pop at that, soooo yeah. if you prefer actual bands, you're typically listening to men

At the moment lots of female vocals as I regularly listen to early 2000's trance. However in general I listen to far more male artists.

the only legit all-female band i can think of that i like is Florence plus the Machine, and even then, they've had male writers credited on songs.

If we're counting a female vocalist among a band of male musicians as a "female band" then you could say I like more female bands.

Mostly male. I do appreciate a solid female voice though. My favorite band band, not hip hop is Metronomy and they utilize both male and female vocals to great effect. They harness somber, melancholic tone which I love.

I would say I listen to more male performers, though there have been a few times when most of those guys are outside of my regular rotation and I'm listening to more women.

Right now I'm invested in David Bowie, The Weakerthans and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard on the guy's side, and Rachael Yamagata, Maria Mena and Sara Bareilles on the girl's side. So it's all pretty even-keel right now.
