For ones like this who would start blockers around 8 or 9, that means 2+ years of extra waiting to see if her identity holds true, and the earliest she could start hormones in Europe is 13. It's usually 15-16 in the US. That means double her current age. And if she's not trans and actually a boy? Take him off blockers and within a few months if he's 14+ at the time he'd start puberty. Maybe not even months provided he's of an appropriate weight.
