Uglyface2 09/15/19 3:04:16 PM #1:	I bought the Grandia port since I never finished the first one and didnt get around to the second one. It has its charm, but it has real problems. Set aside the voice acting (we can do a whole topic on that) and look at the battle system. The path finding is awful, and in a game where character positions matter this is a big problem. Ive had characters run around the rest of the party when there was a shorter path, and other times theyve tried to run between two other characters when there wasnt enough space and they SHOULD have gone around. Then theres the leveling system. I would like to see the higher tiered magic, but grinding healing spells and defensive spells takes a stupid amount of time. Plus, by the way I got to the wind magic it was too weak to be effective. Im not going to stop yet, Im too invested to give up.
