Ledger definitely steals the movie and Bales performance is only heightened because of it. In wrestling terms, a great heel makes a great face. Because Ledgers performance was so great, Eckhart's Harvey gets overshadowed but that doesn't mean it wasn't also an awesome performance.
 As much as I love the Joker, this scene still sticks in my head. Probably the most emotional in the movie. "Then why was I the only one who lost everything?!" "You weren't." He was a great character/villain, but he wasn't a great Two Face, but that's on Nolan and not Eckhart, who should think about the future..
