Red: L!Eirika, Hrid, NY!Gunnthra
Blue: Brave Hector, L!Tiki, Naga
Green: L!Lyn(lol), NY!Fjorm, Lugh
Colorless: NY!Lav, Duma, Velouria

Red has some pretty good fodder. Legendary Eirika is an absolute beast.

Blue is pretty beefy with two solid armors, and the new legend. Especially if you're looking for Bold Fighter fodder.

Green....

Yeah.

Colorless: Laev has nice fodder for a healer, Duma is a solid unit with decent enough fodder, Velouria is a solid unit with pretty meh fodder. Close Defense is preferred as a seal these days.

So for me....

Blue > Red > Colorless > lolgreen

Still, Colorless looks heckin lit. You know it's a good banner when Duma is the one I want to pull the least.

Blue all day erry day for this banner. This is basically the top 2 blue units available for me, plus a new Mythic Hero.

But Red and Colorless are both pretty good, too. Glad I have a decent amount of Orbs for this.

Best Legendary Banner for blue was the one with L!Azura, Ophelia, and L!Lucina, but this one is pretty good.

God dammit that is the worst way to lose a 5 star : ( I really wish they didn't auto-heart 4 stars because I just take away the hearts on autopilot now.

also Titania had 1450 HM and she was part of my BHB autobattle team so that's another big ol' bummer.

That's a setting. You can change it it auto-favourite 5* units only or even turn it off altogether.

I used up all my budgeted orbs, and then saw two blue orbs and was like "eh what the heck"



So 70~ orbs got me Laveatain, Duma, Tiki, and Naga.

Got a -Spd Gunnthra and +Def Lyn on my 5th full pull. Was hoping to get a Gunnthra to merge my -Atk one into, but I guess this allows me to give my -Spd Mareeta Joint Hone Speed without feeling too bad about it.

Does Naga actually have fans? Kinda weird unit choice. Like I get that we want the legendary heroes to be the bigger names in FE but this feels kinda like going a bit too far with it.

No Naga sucks, but the craziest thing happened with this banner. I actually got the three remaining OG Eirika's I needed to complete her, two of them from the same circle!! She was just refusing to show up for the longest time and instead, I got Corrin, Seliph, and Fae nonstop (still do). That makes me feel like this was all worth it. Meanwhile, Shanna continues to be impossible to pull. Saving Hector as fodder and I can get rid of -Spd Velouria. If my first run didn't take so long before I got a 5*, I would go back in to red again :(

I hadn't realized Mordecai got demoted, so when he showed up, I thought there was a mistake lol

Yune - 256th
Duma - 312th

I mean I can't guarantee those votes are due to Naga being a cute girl but she gets votes. She's actually something like the 15th most popular character who wasn't in the game. It's not just an Anna style rally either. If you adjust the CYL2 rankings to combine characters the same was as in CYL3, Naga is 137th.

Overall, I'm not really sure why they decided to do what they did for Mythic Heroes. The characters that would qualify to be a Mythic Hero are largely characters with very little screen time which hurts their popularity. There aren't that many of them either.

Well, unknown characters can certainly become popular if they make them strong enough (see: Reinhardt), and if any characters should be made overly strong it's the literal gods of the franchise. But for some reason they've been remarkably restrained with them.

Either way, I'm just sitting here waiting for Athos.

Unpopular characters need to be incredibly busted to become popular. The popular example for strength far exceeding popularity is Karla. She did worse in CYL3 compared to CYL2. Karla was not strong enough to boost her popularity. Reinhardt was a one thing thing. IS would need to be willing to completely destroy the game's balance for the sake of promoting a single currently unpopular unit to create another Reinhardt.

Might have gotten more, but it was literally 4 colorless so I didn't really feel like pulling them.

Yeah HM is for making a visual ranking of what characters you like the most, not your shallow feather grind.

I used to HM grind 5* units with good inheritance in Tempest Trials because you're just autoing anyway.

Nothing else though.

It isnt. I think the only reason I bothered is because I didn't want to "waste" my only copy of a unit. Not sure if I'll do that again.

It used to be more appealing earlier in the game's life. Value of feathers has been highly diluted over time though. Passing on potential 5000 feathers, especially when being realistic you're never going to max out everyone's HM anyway, is no big deal though.

Yeah, I never pay attention to HM whatsoever. The only one I ever regret was siphoning off Amelia's Armor March, then going back and seeing that she was at 1491 HM.

when a character maxes out in HM, The first character to do so is immortalized in the first spot on the list right? Panne and Myrrh are both getting close to 5k so I gotta choose which one goes first.

No. It isn't sorted by first to reach 5000. I think it is sorted by which game the character first appeared in. It is the same as "Origin" sort in the other locations where you can choose the sorting order.

For me it's sorted by weapon type. I know I got Nino to 5k first, yet she shows up after Lloyd, Black Knight, and even Bridal Ninian.

It's origin order for me. Characters from the same game are grouped. Fjorm and Eir are first and the rest seem to follow the release date of their game
