iiiiiiii ended up getting a new laptop

setting it up as a replacement... dammit my old harddrive is a m.2 ssd so I ordered an adapter to read it on my new setup, will arrive tomorrow

already got mysql, filezilla, notepad++, etc software stuff in the meantime

It basically takes the frequencies a user saves at a certain hour slot (eg 1:00-1:59), calculates it as a percentage of the users's total # of saves (someone who saved 100 times, 5 times at 2am, 2am = 5% of their saves), and then scales that graph back relatively to other hours
