My understanding is that the 3 red sox mentioned had voted for a full lift of the injunction while they wait to hear the case as opposed to the partial lift that the other 6 went for. The case wasn't decided on the merits so in that sense no one "won," but as a practical matter it's no surprise Trump would call the result one because y'know, he is who he is. I think I heard the possibility floated though that since the travel ban was 90 days or whatever, that by the time the court would hear the full case in October, it'd be over so I wouldn't be shocked if at that point the court went "oh lol, case dismissed because there's no longer any point" as a way to dodge deciding the merits, but I'm not entirely sure if that's an option for them in light of their decision today. tl;dr: Case wasn't decided on the merits so whether it's constitutional or not has not been answered.
