Here were my compound lifts when the first photo was taken: Squats - 155 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Standing shoulder press - 85 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Bench - 135 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Deadlift - 225 lbs for 1 set of 5 And when the 2nd photo was taken: Squats - 210 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Standing shoulder press - 105 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Bench - 205 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Deadlift - 290 lbs for 1 set of 5 ( form was sloppy) ...
