Topic	Oh man the fitness topic died so here's another one
Jiek_Fafn 05/08/21 9:27:53 AM #464:	Week I'm review: ... Uh, we'll pretend I did a deload week here. 2nd dose took alot out of me. Normal life stuff was fine. Fitness life was pathetic but I at least went through the motions. Diet was terrible. Up like 2 lbs. I figured trying to eat at a caloric deficit was not going to turn out well when I was already groggy. I maybe pigged out more than I should have.
