Topic	Oh man the fitness topic died so here's another one
MaddenDude-- 05/08/21 6:49:45 AM #461:	I haven't worked out since maybe the end of December / early january. My life has been so insanely busy with work and a kid. I've also been eating like shit. I look and feel like mush. Today is the day I get back into it. Woke up early, sipping coffee as we speak. I don't even know where to start. Maybe 1/2 mile warmup jog then start PPL.
