This definitely does sound like something from a rhythm game, and judging by the related videos, it's apparently in Muse Dash? I've seen Muse Dash on sale on Steam several times and have considered picking it up, but my backlog is already huge. This could also work in a game like Deemo which focuses on the piano lol. I don't know the specific name, but there's a very specific category of really weird/trippy '90s anime soundtrack music that this song falls into, and I absolutely love this style!! This totally catches an old vibe I am suddenly reminded exists and am thus also dismayed that it isn't really in vogue anymore. Very mechanical "construction site" sound here (hi B.T. Dutch).
