These prices are crazy and now I am no longer surprised the Magic GM said earlier in the day that they were likely to do nothing.

He's too cautious to pay these ridiculous prices and they are also open enough that they will have listened to what people were asking for. So if they knew these were the prices being said, they are now going to expect way more than what people would normally pay for like AG, Vuc and Fournier.

If Covington is worth 2 1sts and there had been rumors only last season of Covington + change for Aaron Gordon, then they are going to expect a similar level for Gordon. And I doubt anybody is giving up multiple 1sts for Aaron Gordon.
