You think it's gonna be just some throwaway case when you see the murderer before the case ever begins, but then it turns into one of the wackiest, most complicated murder set-ups in the entire series. It has: one of the best defendants ever, a fantastic introduction to Blackquill, a ploy to get more time to investigate turn out to be completely false (first time ever), a wrestling subplot that subverts all expectations, the first revisualization (which is a great gameplay mechanic), and a great supporting cast.
