I'll say this, you'll be given an option to lure an npc (will literally say 'lure to area'). Don't choose that option. It was not what I had in mind... Ehh I think this doesn't really matter, do whatever you'd like honestly. If you're someone that's looking for a platinum trophy you're probably going to have to play the game a few times anyway so just do whatever feels good.
