The Anatman opener is still technically optimal for MNK, but it's such a minor gain that you can safely ignore it unless you're going for rank 1 on a fight or something like that. Regarding Six Sided Star, as I understand it (I haven't played MNK since I got it to 80 a few months ago) it's best used when mechanics force you to disconnect from the boss for 2 GCDs or more. Use SSS as your last action before breaking away, and not only is it your highest potency available but it refreshes your Greased Lighting stacks.
