Just put it near a heat pad if possible. They're supposed to be getting 80+ degree warmth if possible. Try not to bathe it unless it shits all over itself.

If s/he continues to not eat enough, you may need to syringe feed. Additionally, they typically feed better standing with their head tilted back. So you can try tilting its head back with your finger under its chin and maybe it'll eat better. Plus you can feel if it's swallowing properly.

If you have a little extra time, I've heard it's good to brush it with a tooth brush a bit (very lightly, like a gentle combing), which helps "awaken" self grooming instincts.

Once it starts eating solid food, give it some attention (petting and stuff) while it eats to help it associate human affection with good stuff. With any luck you'll get a healthy, affectionate kitten in a matter of weeks ready for adoption.
