Topic	What's your more reliable way to trick yourself to sleep?
IronChef_Kirby 02/14/20 11:47:40 PM #27:	One thing that usually works for me is mentally giving an in-depth explanation of something (e.g. some concept I use at work, how to play a video game, etc.) to an imaginary person who knows nothing about it.
