But there are a few habits you can do to help out. 1) Don't drink coffee/caffeine after 12 2) Go to bed semi consistently (A two hour window max, consistently every night. It hurts you sleep schedule if you go to bed at 9 one night, midnight the next night, 8 pm the night night. The smaller the gap the better) 3) If you are on the computer download f.lux to adjust the computer's blue light 4) Read a book for 10-30 minutes before bed to get your mind off of other things --- ...
