As far as music from the same game, I prefer Portabellohead by a long shot. Electricity-pumping beat is not bad, and Im sure thats where the track gets its name from. The overall instrumentation is alright. Melodies are okay, but a little stereotypical. Theres some more of that Bach/Dracula stuff, which is "meh"... (two tracks in a row now with that!) 0:58 it goes WILD and attempts to excite us, but it falls flat. 1:10 is a bit unexpected with its mood change, and while the progression is stereotypical, its a step above the predominant/dominant/tonic stuff that comprises the vast majority of the harmonies. I do like the ARPEGGIOS! that the synth does there, too. Thats probably my favorite part! Then back to "whatever". The last few bars are cheesy with it refusing to let get away from that "dominant in minor"...however, if it ended on the standard tonic it would have been RIDICULOUSLY cheesy, so I'm glad it didn't do that, at least! --- "Ah, a party!
